What to expect

Be Prepared
Dress in athletic wear with a sturdy pair of runners. Odds are you will be lifting weights, so you can bring lifting gloves to protect your hands.
We highly recommend bringing your own water bottle. However, we do have filtered water you can drink from to stay hydrated.

What to Expect
During your first session, you will be asked what you hope to achieve with Kaeos. For example, what are your short term and long term goals? As soon as Kaeos trainers know what you want, we can begin designing a program that suits your needs and hopefully becomes a part of your lifestyle.
