I’m Kasey, the lead female trainer at Kaeos Fitness. I have been actively training clients for two years, and my background is in strength training and wellness. In the beginning, I focused on building proper movement patterns, functional strength, and confidence in the gym. I continue to use that approach in every session, helping clients feel strong, capable, and supported throughout their training.
